system gets crazy !

I found I/O error for sda5 on the screen. Rebooting the system ( by
pressing the reset button) seems solved the problem.  But is it really a
hard drive problem or a controller problem. This is a raid-0 system with
three SATA hard drives and 3ware 9650SE controller.
