Installing on Compaq DL380 type 1

I inherited a Compaq Proliant DL380, and would like to install
Linux on it, but don't have the correct collection of HP/Compaq
chicken feet and incantations.

Can somebody point me to the documentation and sources of media
necessary to exorcise the Windows 2003 that's currently infecting
its hard drives?
