Isn't PCLinuxOS just a Texan way of saying Mandriva? I've been using Mandriva
since it was Mandrake 9.1 and have no plans to change (though I did change to
Ubuntu on the laptop). Wife uses Mandriva. Even gave my Dad (now 78 years
old) a Mandriva computer for internet use. I'm just an electrician who
wishes he was some kind of computer guy so if we can use it, it must
be "friendly".
