I've been doing some work with Zimbra, and it seems like a good
solution.  I can't say much about it from the user's standpoint
since I've never used any of the Micro$oft virus products.

It's pretty straightforward to install on supported systems.  We
have installed it on ubuntu and Centos 4.5 (it's not out yet for
RHEL5/Centos5 but it's supposed to be RSN).

I don't particularly like the way it takes over the machine making
it somewhat interesting integrating tools I've built over the
years, and would recommend installing it on a dedicated machine.
