Being on-line or off-line with this list doesn't fully describe the experience.

It's that "not quite either" that is hard to take. Like how some of my posts 
show up within *minutes* and others take *days*.

If someone could find the random number delay generator function that's been 
assigned to me and at least tighten the range, I'd be grateful.
