Only thing I have found with Thunderbird... is when you create filters
under an IMAP configuration. Tbird creates thousands of temp files in
/tmp this is marked as a bug but they haven't fixed it as yet.
This is not a show stopper but annoying. (so many files that you can't
just run rm -f tmprules*.dat).
