I have a 4G machine, thats used mostly for my photography, and up till
now used on MS. I have only just
re-installed Mandriva but have done little at the moment. Installed some
programs mostly and used firefox. However
I also have a new 4G machine at work that is being setup for medical
patient monitoring, using Asterisk ets
to and wer incoming calls and voice logging. It will do much more.

To cut this short, YES the performance is great with the dual CPUs' and
all that ram especially when using
images over 150mb and the performance with Bibble on Raw images is
almost in real time.
