Well, I (or should I say my peons) just finished planting 500 'Persa'
lemon trees. Actually, they're grafts, but that's always better. In
3 years I should have 500 fruit-bearing trees. I also have 100
Guanabana trees (folks in the states call this fruit Soursop, though I
don't know why) that I planted last year. Next year I'll see if I can
stick another 500 lemon trees in what's left of the farm. I have a
few Plantain trees, some Avocado trees, a Mango tree (I hate them, but
the wife likes them), some Maracuya (Passion Fruit) vines, and a few
ornamental Guayacan trees.

Then there's my 100 foot tower with 6 Internet radios running StarOS
(Linux) and providing signal from my office in David to the farm as
well as Las Olas Beach Resort (www.lasolasresort.com), Concepcion,
Cerro El Banco (which serves as an AP for several communities). This
is not to mention my 3 HF radio antennas spread out over the 4
hectares. All in all, becoming a respectable (hopefully one day
profitable) farm. Just have to leave room for the house.

Ciao,
