The frozen xorg and console problem

I found that it's the old Elsa GF2MX400 32M card. I replaced with SiS 
6236 and now everything is working.

I was upgrading my Linux server from Ubuntu-6.10 to Xubuntu-7.04 and 
discovered the issue. I basically re-installed from scratch this time.
