firefox sessions

OK well I just went about:config and typed in resume and there are two 
options listed...

browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash bool true
browser.sessionstore.resume_session_once bool false

Play till your hearts content ... and then shut your computer down with 
out closing firefox.
