No problem. This is about a 2 month experiment at this point and
fairly successful.

1. A supplement set called Mountain Home Daily Advantage ( handfull
of pills containing vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and
fatty acids twice daily (drdavidwilliams.com 1-800-888-1415)
2. Garlic pill (almost any brand)
3. Extra magnesium (twice daily)
4. Extra CoQ10 (twice daily)
5. A combintion Holly Leaf and Hawthorne extract called HiQi
(www.hiqihealth.com, Pharm East, Inc, hawaii) twice daiy.

The HiQi appears to be the most effective. I started that 2 weeks ago,
and for the past few days blood pressure is lower than the average for
the past 2 months.

1-4 came from recommendations in a book on Vitamins, Minerals, etc.
that I got for Christmas, and they have helped. I only chanced upon
the Holly/Hawthorne combination a short time ago.

When taking the Uniretic drug, I usually measured about 135/77, so I'm
quite encouraged by the results from natural supplements. Prior to
adding the Holly/Hawthorne, I got frequent measurements of 150/90.

HTH,
