Amazingly enough, they even cover a lot of the natural remedies, but
their information is far from complete.

I've been spending a lot of time and effort researching the
anti-hypertensives (blood pressure). Since I decided to give up the
Uniretic (diuretic) I had been taking for years, I've been doing a lot
of experimentation. The outcome is this: I can now keep my BP within
reasonable bounds (untreated 160/100+, vs 130/85 now) solely with
natural supplements. Some of the most effective are not referenced by
the PDR.
