Read the specs that come with the part.  Depends on the current. 
Usually will be well over 10,000 hours if run at rated current, but 
lifetime will go down exponentially with current following an Arrhenius 
plot.  In other words, like this as an example:
current      lifetime
100ma         20,000 hr
120ma          2,000 hr
140ma            200 hr
160ma             20 hr
180ma              2 hr

These are not real numbers, just to show you the behavior of the 
Arrhenius plot.
But you need to know the manufacturer's spec.  Especially the blue ones.
