ha! I know the good stuff. During a trip to El Paso, I crossed the
border to get an armload of miniatures of Mescal with the worm inside,
intending to ship them to our old office in Memphis to all of my lovely
secretaries. I was "honest" with the border guard and showed him what I
was bringing across... about a dozen or so, stupid me. He said they
would be illegal to transport into the states, so I told him my story.
He didn't even blink.

He did say I could drink them all, right there on the spot, or dump them
into the drain nearby and I could keep the empty bottles. That sounded
as dumb as my story, so I guess I had it coming. Damn near cried over
the loss. If I had drank them I knew that humorless mirror sunglassed
shaved tail would have arrested me for "about-to-become-intoxicated", to
make his day. Ricardo knows when to retreat

So much for "Pursuit of Happiness"! Ric
