Next time you grill burgers outdoors, try the pile O' pastrami thing.
Let the flames hit it a bit, then pile the pastrami and some cheese on
the burger. It's like a mouth-full of soft bacon, that's not greasy. Get
the highly peppered pastrami, that is what makes it. 

Since it's a Greek invention, a little bit of Opa! action and dance
would be in order. Form a Snake dance, elect the first leader who holds
a handkerchief for the next in line to hold onto to, and everyone has to
copy whatever gyrations the leader dreams up, snaking around the yard.
Great fun for the kiddies. Rotate the leader often to keep interest
alive in it, the next in-line moves forward. Then dive into those
burgers. <grins>  Ric
