IOGear print server

I just got an IOGear USB print server. Its document says it supports
Linux and Google shows somebody already set it up sucessfully, but I am
not lucky at all.

I tried IPP ( port 631) , LPD ( port 515 )  and direct printing
( 9100 ). In all cases, tcpdump shows my Suse 10.2 workstation sends tcp
packets and those packets are acked from the print server. The web page
of the print server shows it gets those jobs also but none is printed.

I tried those three methods from Windows XP and all of them works fine. 

The printer is HP 1020.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
