Database

I forgot to mention that I stopped one of the servers and cloned the 
system onto another HD. I now have
a copy of the database folder on this machine. The folder has some 
reports plus the database itself, I can
sned a copy if required. The database is too big to send via email etc 
85 mb but could send via a cd if
needed. Reports vary from 128 kb to 1600 kb.
