No, he's the first (and thankfully only one) to ANNOUNCE it as if it's
some kind of major feat.

Man-wai's insistance on sending an "UPGRADED" (like we care) note
every time a new kernel comes out is _THE_ most annoying thing on this
list.  I need Doug to stop sending these notices to the list (or I'll
have to ban System Admin from the list).

Doug -- turn it off, please.
