In a country where separation of church and state is paramount?  Let
me tell you _why_ Panama is a 3rd world nation:  it's official
religion is Catholicism -- yep, can't do anything without the Pope's
blessing. (And any crime you want to commit is OK, just go to
confession and the priest will forgive you.)

Don't get me started.  Those US Catholics on the list need not
interrupt, there's a definite dual standard between what is accepted
in the US (and probably EU as well) and what is dictated for the rest
of the world from the Vatican.

Now, we could use a "Secretary of Couth Control."
