Not hardly.  I consider them more guidelines than actual rulez.  If
anyone finds themselves moderated on this (unmoderated) list, I can
always arrange for you to moderate the moderator if need be.

The only one I'm aware of who's ever been moderated is an individual
whose posts became bizarre obnoxious security rants -- sounded like he
forgot to take his medication or took too much.  Anyway ... moderated,
this list is not.
