I think this is a bad idea. The use of the <OT> prefix should allow
those who don't want to participate in a little off-topic stuff to
filter out <OT> stuff.
Lonnie, I thought you decided that you didn't want to look at <OT>
stuff, which you would filter. So why are you wasting your time with this??
