Ah! Xena indeed! But, a "chakra" is a spiritual center, of which you
have seven in your body. IF they are all aligned properly through yoga
"asanas' (positions held without pain) then your "force" (the Kundalini)
travels from the base of the spine through all the major centers to your
head. Legal high. <g> Done right it has all the effects of a good belt
of Bourbon, with out falling over!
