That does seem to be true 90% of the time, but I have had some instances 
where it is not the case.  But maybe that's because I'm specifically 
looking for rpms so I don't often see the dpm listed at the same time.
And frankly, I often just compile the bloody code, unless it is 
something that requires so many libraries that I don't have that it is 
too painful.
