There may be a reason for your dysphoria.  Last month and into this I was feeling tired too; had to take frequent naps.  After talking to the locals I found out that there is another pollen that induces allergic symptoms that mimic CFS - chronic fatigue syndrome.  This is why I have been stalling setting up my new core 2 duo box to replace my "day system," a rather pokey 1 gHz Celery.  (Note clever return to Linux related discussion. :-)  )
