One of those gmail moments. I clicked in the screen and it was
interpreted as send now.
I was going to add this. The few times we have actually opened a
trouble ticket with RH support, the answer came back (after requesting
information we had already filed in the trouble report) after a few
days: "Uhhh, we don't support that."
