Anyone using Tripwire?

I have been looking at tripwire

I am finding yes it does keep an eye on filesystem changes. But what I'm 
finding is that the volume of changes on a Development Distribution such 
as Fedora 7 are so great how do you sieve through all the information?

Each new version of an application can have literaly hundreds of files.

So the report is garguantuan.

Anyone using this day to day ?
