   !!Not to be used while the house is occupied!!  But a Jacobs Ladder
(Y-shaped pair of wires that draws a long electric arc across them -- like
you saw in the old Frankensteirn movies) will generate a goodly amount of
ozone.  While ozone is a poison, it is also a terrific cleanser of odors.

   Let the ladder run in the house for a couple days with the windows
closed.  This will deodorize the home.  CAREFULLY without breathing the
air (hold your breath), open the windows and let it air out for several
hours before re-entering.

   A fellow Ham Radio operator forgot instructions from his wife to take a 
chicken out of the over.  He left the house and returned many hours later 
to a horrendous mess of smoke and smell.  They lived at Holliday Inn for a 
week after that.  Dave ran an ozone generator for a couple of those days 
and all the odor was GONE!  No repainting, no throwing out all clothing, 
no heavy solvents or cleaners.  Ozone did the job!
