# uname -r
2.6.15-28-server

This is an Ubuntu 6.06 LTS Dapper box.

Not sure exactly what you're asking for. The console says the above 
error and the system is locked hard. Only option is a hardware reset. 
Nothing in the logs from that point on. Cue violin music.
