virtual console / fc7

I just found out that I cannot login to any account under virtual
consolew ( Alt + Fx ) with FC 7 ?

It does display the login prompt, but it keeps displaying the promt
again after I type in username/password.

No problem under GUI or SSH.

Anybody experiences this feature ? ( Last week my manger told me that
there was some strange result in my app under some conditions, after I
found out the problem, I reported back to him "that feature has been
fixed "  :) )
