Can I use ntop to monitor traffic going thru a router which has one nic connect to the local LAN with the same Linux box running ntop ? i.e. ntop does not point to 127.0.0.1 but some other ip on the LAN ? I have never used ntop in the above case. ntop uses packet monitoring then if my LAN has a switch then can ntop does that monitoring ? Thanks, Vu
