Amazing ! Not only do Americans spell "colour" differently, use the
Imperial system instead of metric, but also have their own notation for
Ohm's Law ! ;) 

I have only my own eclectic education to blame for this, having been
taught electric circuit theory by French lecturers, and also having
endured 12 years in a school founded by an American missionary. So, most
times I don't know whether to surrender or to proselytize ! ;)
