Huh?  If you are talking external antennas connected to the radios,
yes.  But you need to use LMR-400 (preferred) or for short runs (under
3m) LMR-240.  Or are you talking about something different?  It would
be a very bad idea to connect to wireless systems' radio cards to each
other using coax.  These are not ethernet cards.  Try using switches,
they're a lot cheaper than radios.
