nVidia and Squeak and libGL

GREAT!! Check out squeak and see if it looks remotely familiar, as I
have little to no clue. 

Here's my present dilemma:

If I open Squeak in one terminal and another instance of squeak in
another terminal window, I would think that I could start a server app
in one and a client app in the other. They claim to be looking for each
other but I just get a pile of errors to do with localhost. They'll say
it's UNIX, I say "Wassa matta you? UNIX / Linux should be the defacto
standard of networking protocols" Of course there is some windows
influence there in amongst devel. So, I'm getting some what I think to
be some good advice, but my head hurts trying to learn something
completely new to me. I'll let you know. I just wish someone savvy with
linux would talk to me and just set me on the straight and narrow so I
could get to where I want to be, soon. <grins> You know, the usual. Ric
