No, even as a URL this is a waste of bandwidth. Not sure who the
morons are that started this, but legal and binding it is on NO ONE!
You can paste this above, below, and between each line of an e-mail
and it is useless. You have NO expectation that unencrypted e-mail is
not public domain and even less that it is confidential or legally
privileged as the first line states. Just saying so doesn't make it
so. If you want privacy/confidentiality, encrypt your message - then
give no one the key. ;-)
