My guess as well. Knowing the guys who put this together, it is probably a 
SuperMicro MB. This one is set up to produce as little heat as possible. 
Probably a Celeron processor. All brand new. Headed for Hungary real soon.

This is a new test I am doing, so maybe it is a more general problem than I 
had imagined.

Our systems are tightly coupled to GPS receivers so we can get better than 1 
meter accuracy in absolute location in a vehicle moving at 90 km/h. Or so the 
sales blurb claims :) Of course, we also have our share of SAAB Aerospace 
gyroscopes, inclinometers and assorted other gadgets.
