You need to burn the iso image to cd, then boot with that cd.

My preferred method is something like:

cdrecord -v -eject dev=/dev/hdc speed=4  [name of iso].iso
I use a slow speed for better accuracy, and you should adjust the device 
to your writer.

In redhat, if you run gnome, open nautilus, and you can just right click 
on the iso file and choose 'Write to disk...' from the menu. I'm sure 
kde has a similar method.

You will need to have at least a partition to install to and a swap 
partition, so we need to know how your hard disk is partitioned.
