Good Lord, another Diddy-Dipper on this list?? Do you work for the
laundry or the chemical company that supplies it? I did that for 26
years with BASF, Econ Systems, Diversey, and some regional suppliers. I
installed one of the first Beta-Technology Diverlog computers (8k of
memory) and made quite a few custom mods... this was at Hospital Laundry
Services in Billings. I had that account for years. They really liked
the high-tech stuff so I got to play there, alot! Then I got off onto
Knight Technology as well. Lots of fun converting the old analog stuff
to digital.
It all starts when you clip the first wire and then it had better
happen! They called me "Sparky"! I've worked on just about everything
there is, and managed to get a computer hooked up to old belly-washers,
and tunnels. You name it, I've wired it somehow. Now with the enzyme
processes, there is no need to dump anything into the sewer but
practically clean water. Got burnt out on all the travel, asshole bosses
and being screwed over on the commissions. Ric
