irc server down?

I am sorry about that. We are in the process of re-arranging the server 
room, and perhaps somebody accidentally kicked/pressed some buttons.

We got one more set of UPS/battery and are waiting for the electrician 
to run 30-amp lines for that set. Really hope that when the room is 
finished, something like this will not happen.
