Take a look at the Brother MFC-440CN  which does all of the above.

I don't have one of these printers (yet) but it does all of the above.

I just did some research on the net and it looks like it will work with Linux 
(with some chicken feet incantations).

About $120 my friend said.

I'm lloking seriously at this printer.
