Yes Australia isn't exactly a... What phrase did an American President 
use? - Military-Industrial Complex so we don't have a heap of MB's 
however, where I live, Maitland we are sandwiched between the Singleton 
Army Base and the Williamtown Airforce Base and they have their own 
communities which endur the transfer arrangement.
