IRC server

I am going to switch part of the server room to the new UPS system this 
weekend, Sunday 12/09/2007. The time frame is from 1-3 PM but it should 
be pretty shorter than that, hopefully.

I have to move all the networking devices ( routers, switches ... ) and 
some servers to the new UPS so this will cause temporary interruption to 
all servers, including the IRC server.

The new UPS system has not enough capacity for everything because we 
want to test how they really work and how long they can keep things up. 
So expect another switching for the rest of the server room, perhaps two 
weeks after the incoming Sunday.

Sorry for this interruption but I hope it will take  much shorter time 
than what has been planned.

PS: These UPSes and their batteries are *heavy* but they look pretty 
nice after being mounted to the rack.
