I haven't tried in a little while, but with 4.x they had that
single-disc server install option. You could just download that and
install anything else with yum. It didn't matter so much how long it
took when you were just downloading one iso. I wonder if they'll get
around to releasing a version 5 one.

I'm sure I didn't get the estimates correct, but all the CentOS mirrors
I've tried (a few dozen) seem to be 200-400% slower than any other
distros I've downloaded. Thus far I've given up in disgust.
