Agreed 100%. Everyone I meet gives Novell full credit for downing SCO,
but OTOH almost no one in local Linux land would touch Novell with a
fork after the M$ deal.

And, of course, if SCO has any worthwhile legal beagles who could
actually read contracts, they would have known in advance that they
didn't have full ownership of the Unix ip.
