In that case the problem is the MX server for the domain isn't
responding and your system is attempting to connect to deliver
messages queued for the domain.

This could be a DNS problem, but it's more likely a network or
server problem.

If the domain really is x.cn, there are three MX records, but all
three of them have the same IP address which is almost as stupid
as the time all of Microsoft's DNS servers were on the same class C
/24 network.
