MySQL, meanwhile, appears to be playing with the spirit of the GPL,
if not the letter. You can only get the source code for the Enterprise
version if you buy the binary. The specifics are from one of their
VP's blogs (see http://www.planetmysql.org/kaj/?p=123). I think what
goes down sideways about MySQL's move is that they appear to lack
the courage to announce it on their Web site (/I/ couldn't find it
mentioned) -- they slipstream the "announcement" in as a blog entry.
