Clicking on that page for submitting feedback just sets up a mailto  to their 
survey address.   Say what you want, no questions, no hassel.

So here is a vendor that is actually out beating the bushes for interest in  
Linux.   I think they should get some responses.

BTW,  Weatherbug has always been a free service...   and I have no stake in 
the company or any part thereof.
