Google switching to Solaris?!

I've personally tried Solaris a couple of times. Mostly out of curiosity. 
Those few times I did, I came away thinking that it had NOTHING that I didn't 
have with Linux. In fact, the hack name of "SLOWLARIS" is probably the best 
way of describing what I learned from my Sun experience.

Why GOOGLE is even looking at the solaris OS, is a mystery to me. Something 
I'll be watching for...
