If we make the decision to exclude everyone who has gotten entangled
in a messy divorce, there will be few left standing to be considered
"ethical".

OTOH, with regards to the FS, I agree with Bill. ReiserFS trashed my
system on 3 separate occasions; never again in this lifetime.
