Oh, come on ! It's not about ethics -- old guys have needs too, as I am
sure some old guys on this list will attest. ;) 

The only "sin" he is guilty of is "loving too well, but not wisely", as
Shakespeare would put it. I used ReiserFS a few years ago and found it
to be fast and reliable. YMMV, but for my modest needs -- a file server
for a small business of 6 persons -- it performed very well. I only
stopped using it when Fedora shipped with SELinux, and it broke ReiserFS
for a while -- I think it should be ok now, but I have since moved to
ext3.
