Reminds me of an article I read in an Australian newspaper about a 47 yr 
old man who started to chat online to a gorgeous Russian woman who 
appeared to be 'looking for a Western husband'. Her scam was, once she 
had them hooked she wanted them to send the money for the plane fare 
which the love struck guy duly did. Emptying the poor dupes bank account 
on average around 2500AUD.

However this one guy, despite feeling typically silly and embarrassed 
sent a letter to anyone in Auth-orr-it-tey who would listen complaining 
of said womans devious wiles and fortuitously, one such letter came 
across Vladimir Putin's desk. He directed she be found, and the wash up 
was, she and her husband/partner in crime had done the same scam to so 
many men she was about 1million up.

As Young MC said in `Bust a move' - Lookin' for love in all the wrong 
places...
